“This is our second time using Niagara Granite and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amy in the shop is super friendly and helpful, allowing you to browse the slabs at your leisure, and Mike and the guys are as professional as it gets. Their counter joints (if required) are virtually undetectable and the price is right. Also, the wait time is less than half of what I’ve experienced at other counter places. From start to finish it was done in a couple of weeks. I had quotes from other places talking about a three month wait. Niagara Granite is the best.

One last example: I sent Mike home with my kitchen sink still in the box. I hadn’t even opened yet so I didn’t notices that the sink in the box was actually different from the picture on the box and the cutout template included (manufacturing issue). Instead of just cutting out the sink according to the template, they actually noticed the mismatch, they had Amy call me to clear up the issue, just to make sure I got the sink I wanted. How many other companies would take the time to notice that and then take the time to reach out to me?”
